• Are Your Flowers Really Silk?

Although artificial flowers and plants are commonly referred to as ”silk”, the materials used to design our lifelike silk flower arrangements and artificial plants vary by style and cover a wide range of materials such as various fabrics, synthetic and poly-resin materials.

• Are Viniarose Products for Outdoor Use?

Most products can be used outdoors.

• Can I Send Viniarose Products As Gifts?

Why send a gift that only lasts for only a few days when you can send a constant reminder of your love, appreciation and friendship? Let our friendly and knowledgeable staff help you select the perfect item! When sent as a gift, all Viniarose floral designs arrive with a beautiful gift card with your personalised message.

• Can I add more items to my order?

We are unable to modify your orders by adding in or taking items out of it once it is placed. But you can place a new order with the items you'd like to add, or please contact our customer support at service@viniarose.com to check the new order status.

• Can I cancel my order?

1. Orders can be canceled for free within 48 hours
2. For orders placed between 3 days and and before shipping, 20% of the order amount will be deducted,as a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
3. The orders cannot be canceled after the orders are shipped.

• Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we offer custom services. Please provide us with more details on how you would like your product to look like for further assistance. If possible, please provide us with sample pictures.

• Can I change the shipping address?

Agree to change address if it has not been shipped.

If it has been shipped, it will confirm with the logistics company and try to assist in the change, but the cost needs to be borne by the customer.

• How long does your product last?

Our product has a very long lifespan. Once you ensure they’re handled well and stored properly, you can use it for years without needing any constant maintenance.
